JSE Precision
Return & Refund Policy
At JSE, every CNC part is custom-manufactured based on the CAD files and specifications provided by the client. Because each part is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a manufacturing error or defect is clearly attributable to us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A return or remake may be approved only if the part(s):
- Contain clear machining defects (e.g., dimensional inaccuracies, incorrect features, or finish errors) that deviate from the uploaded CAD file or agreed-upon specifications.
- Were damaged during manufacturing or shipping due to our fault or carrier mishandling (with proper documentation).
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Parts that do not fit or function as intended due to errors or inaccuracies in the customer’s CAD file, model, or design.
- Parts that meet the provided CAD and specifications but are later found to be unsuitable for their intended use.
- Normal variations within acceptable machining tolerances (as specified or within ±[insert tolerance range, e.g., 0.05 mm] if not specified).
2. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for return or remake: Contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item(s) at support@jseprecision.com.
Provide your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Include relevant measurement data or documentation showing deviation from the approved CAD file.
3. Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and compare the delivered part(s) against your original CAD files and specifications.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will remake or refund the affected parts at no additional cost.
If the issue is determined to stem from the provided CAD or specification errors, no refund or remake will be issued.
4. Shipping & Returns
Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging unless otherwise instructed.
We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the return is due to design-related or non-manufacturing issues.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before machining begins. Once production starts, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
