Shipping Policy
At JSE Precision, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure your machined parts arrive safely and on time.
1. Shipping Methods
Small Orders (under 30kg)
All smaller shipments are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service or equivalent tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Large Orders (over 30kg)
Orders exceeding 30kg or requiring palletized shipping will be handled by a specialist freight carrier. These shipments may incur additional delivery costs depending on weight, size, and destination. We will contact you with a delivery quote before dispatch.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Typical lead time for CNC machining varies depending on order size and complexity. Once machining and quality checks are complete, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your package is shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the quote price after placing a quote request.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delivery Times
UK orders: Usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance, typically 7–14 business days.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
All shipments include tracking and are covered by courier insurance.
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at support@jseprecision.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
